Background
Our company began as the vision of our President, Steve Dabagh. While working in the family business, Steve often needed the use of limousine services. But of the over 80 companies in this area, he couldn't find one that met his family's long-held quality standards. So he set out in April of 1999 to build a limousine business that met the highest standards of excellence. That's Excel. We're constantly working to serve you better.
